One-time €10 customer voucher

One voucher per person for invited purchase or rental customers. It is issued on the first activated visit to the member account. Multiple accounts, email addresses, purchases or rentals do not create additional entitlements. Valid for six calendar months from issue; the account displays the exact expiry in Europe/Berlin time. No minimum spend and no product restrictions; rental, repairs and delivery charges are eligible. The discount is capped at the actual gross order total. Single use only. Any unused amount is forfeited; no cash payout, stored balance or transfer to another customer. A request reserves the voucher. Only our confirmation and application to an actual order redeem it. Cancellation before redemption releases the voucher within its original validity period. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
