Customer administration
During testing invitations are restricted to approved test inboxes. Multiple email addresses for one person must be linked to the same customer.
Customer chat
Refresh conversations and reply here. Replies appear in the customer’s open chat window; no email is sent.
Appointment management
To confirm by email, reply to the customer and add a separate line TERMIN BESTÄTIGT. Keep the TER reference in the subject. Confirmed emails are checked hourly for company-calendar sync; conflicting times require review. The website status still needs confirmation here.
Confirm or cancel requests. A slot is only reserved on confirmation. Arrange changes personally; cancel unsuitable requests and ask for a new time.
